What is Hatha Flow?
Hatha Flow Yoga combines the stability of traditional Hatha Yoga with the fluidity of Vinyasa, creating a harmonious blend of movement and mindfulness. This practice focuses on breath-synchronized movements, allowing you to flow gracefully between poses while cultivating inner balance and flexibility. Hatha Flow classes are gentle yet energizing, helping you to strengthen your body, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Vinyasa Schedule:
- Thursdays 19h30-20h45

Hatha Flow Schedule:
- Fridays 07h00-08h00

Price: ⭐️ 30 CHF for one class.

💜 Light Purple Pass for 30 days: 
150 CHF (You can come up to 3 times per week, for all regular yoga classes at Yogic Spirits).

🕉 Supreme Purple Pass: 
250 CHF (You can come as many times as you want, for all regular yoga classes at Yogic Spirits).

🌸 Pass for 10 classes:
 270 CHF (can be used for all regular yoga classes at Yogic Spirits, valid 4 months).
