Hatha Yoga is the most traditional and foundational form of yoga — and also the most regularly taught style at Yogic Spirits. Rooted in the ancient Indian system of body–mind discipline, this practice combines physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and deep relaxation to harmonize energy, increase awareness, and promote overall well-being.
In Viresh’s Hatha Yoga classes, you will move through a structured and progressive sequence of postures, each held with intention and supported by breath. The practice begins with grounding warm-ups, flows through standing and seated poses, and ends with a long, restorative relaxation. Each session is taught with clarity, presence, and a focus on inner alignment.
This class is taught in a calm, focused rhythm and is suitable for all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine the foundations of your practice, Hatha Yoga offers a clear and complete path to physical and mental well-being.

- Mondays 19h30-20h45 (Thematic class)
- Wednesdays 19h30-20h45
- Saturdays 10h30-11h45.
Price: ⭐️ 30 CHF for one class.
💜 Light Purple Pass for 30 days: 150 CHF (You can come up to 3 times per week, for all regular yoga classes at Yogic Spirits).
🕉 Supreme Purple Pass: 250 CHF (You can come as many times as you want, for all regular yoga classes at Yogic Spirits).
🌸 Pass for 10 classes: 270 CHF (can be used for all regular yoga classes at Yogic Spirits, valid 4 months).
